Requisitos:
Duration: 6 Months Internship, Full-time We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Fiat team. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in managing online user transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing risk control measures. Responsibilities: Assist in processing online user recharges and withdrawals efficiently and accurately. Handle refund requests promptly and ensure compliance with company policies. Monitor transactional activities to identify and mitigate potential risks. Provide timely and effective support to users through ticketing systems and other communication channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated user issues and ensure a positive user experience. Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes related to user transactions and risk management. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in (Business Administration/Finance/Economics/related field) or equivalent practical experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Spanish or Portuguese for business usage Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
