- Realizar manutenção preventiva em apartamentos e instalações de acordo com os cronogramas estabelecidos.
- Diagnosticar e corrigir problemas técnicos em equipamentos e sistemas.
- Executar reparos e substituições de peças, garantindo a qualidade e a segurança do trabalho.
- Realizar inspeções regulares para identificar potenciais problemas e tomar medidas corretivas.
- Colaborar com outros departamentos para garantir a integridade dos sistemas e equipamentos.
- Manter registros precisos de todas as atividades de manutenção realizadas.
- Seguir procedimentos de segurança e regulamentos relevantes durante todas as atividades.
- Participar no desenvolvimento de planos de manutenção e na implementação de melhorias nos processos.
Requisitos:
- Experiência em manutenção e com manutenção de casas e apartamentos
