Role Description: We're on the lookout for a technically proficient and analytically minded individual to enhance our marketing team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic execution, optimization, and expansion of our pay per call campaigns through the use of Ringba software. This position requires a unique combination of technical know-how, analytical thinking, and a solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals to steer campaign achievements and fulfill our marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: This is a full-time remote role, but you must be able to work during the hours of 9am-5pm EST to ensure overlap with our clients in various time zones. The main responsibilities include: Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets Overseeing the execution, monitoring, and fine-tuning of pay per call campaigns with Ringba software, ensuring they meet our KPIs Conducting thorough analyses of campaign data to spot trends, identify opportunities for growth, and pinpoint areas needing improvement. Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making and enhancing campaign outcomes. Fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Maintaining open lines of communication with our internal media buying team regarding campaign outcomes and strategic advice to drive business growth. Communicating with clients daily to ensure we are meeting our KPIs Requirements Needed To Succeed In This Role: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets using data analysis methodologies and tools Technical aptitude in marketing technologies, encompassing CRM systems, analytics platforms, and campaign management tools Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth Exceptional problem-solving ability with a strategic and analytical approach to thinking This position presents a thrilling chance to lead in digital marketing innovation, utilizing cutting-edge software to spearhead successful pay per call campaigns.
