EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished Lower School Teaching Aide to join our Gávea campus team for July 2024.
The ideal candidate has a College degree complete or in progress; 3-5 years of experience as a Teaching Aide - preferred if in an international school context; a skillful practitioner in multilingual classrooms; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction. Responsible for assisting the needs of the EARJ’s students and classroom environment in support of the classroom teacher. If you feel that you are culturally open-minded and have an optimistic growth mindset, then EARJ is the place where you can make a difference.
