Requisitos:
Airswift is seeking an Operations Manager to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
This Professional will be the ship’s contact point for the design and tender teams, providing continuity of knowledge about the ship’s capabilities, performance, cost base and technical library.
During project execution, VOM supports (0) the Project Manager/Project Operations Manager and the Offshore Management Team (OMT) to deliver the vessel program according to schedule, ensuring constant, efficient and safe ways of working.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver a vessel for the project to operate safely and efficiently (ready for mobilization);
Remain fully operational throughout the life of the project;
Identify the most efficient transition between projects;
Supervise people on board (POB) in agreement with the Project Operations Manager, i.e. numbers, skills, organization, origin etc., to meet project needs;
Continuously improve boarding safety and operational performance;
Maintain and update the technical library for the ship and its equipment, Standard Task Plans (STPs) and standard performance rhythms for specific activities performed by the ship and its equipment;
Carry out Performance Review (PMR)/ Compass of Offshore Manager and Field Engineers and ensure PMRs of indirect reports i.e. Construction Team are carried out in a timely manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Higher in Engineering
Extensive experience in the offshore industry - subsea construction vessels
Proven ability to resolve operational issues without supervision and deliver effective results to internal customers
Fluent in English
