Position Overview:
As a Travel Planner based in Rio de Janeiro, you will be responsible for designing personalized travel packages for our discerning clientele. From arranging accommodations to coordinating activities and excursions, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in crafting bespoke journeys that reflect the unique interests and preferences of each traveller.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create customized itineraries.
• Arrange and supervise transportation, accommodations, and concierge service
• Provide recommendations and insider tips to enhance the overall travel experience.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination developments, and industry news.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers and ensure our product is always of industry leading quality and competitively priced
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in travel planning, tourism, or hospitality industry with knowledge of South America
• Proven experience in the luxury segment working with UHNWIs
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Native level English. Portuguese and Spanish as well as other languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
