We are looking for a trailblazing and driven professional to take on the double role as our Head of CRM and Product Owner of Salesforce.

In this role, you'll be both managing a skilled Salesforce in-house team primarily based out of Serbia and Denmark and spearheading the Salesforce product development as a Product Owner. Our Salesforce journey is just getting started and we are in the process of scaling Salesforce across the Better Collective group. Your focus will be to elevate our Salesforce setup with around 100 monthly active users split between commercial, finance, legal and operations. Besides elevating our current setup, you will be responsible for driving successful Salesforce adoption among colleagues in North- and South America. Moreover, you will be working closely with our finance-, commercial-, legal-, and data organizations. Our setup today includes Service Cloud and Sales Cloud with integrations towards Docusign and a couple of other applications, but with our growth journey we will likely expand into other areas within the Salesforce suite. We are just getting started!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the continuous improvement of Salesforce CRM platform
- Further optimize our existing set up, leveraging analytics, and user feedback to refine and improve our Salesforce system and its processes.
- Lead and manage a Salesforce team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house team and cross-functional teams in finance-, commercial-, legal-, and data organizations.
- Develop, streamline, and manage the automation between Salesforce, our financial-, legal-, commercial-, and BI systems.
- Manage the onboarding process of our North American and South American colleagues, ensuring their seamless integration into Salesforce workflows.
- Elevate our existing Salesforce setup by facilitating and streamlining sales processes across all sales channels.
- Ensure one source of truth for all customer related data points in Salesforce
What you need to be successful
- Extensive experience in CRM management, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Proven track record of successful product management and delivery within budget and timelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience working within finance or legal teams is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Work in English with ease (it's our company language)
