This position will be based in Bogota, Columbia at Worley Centre of Excellence.
The Role:
The Director, Global Process Excellence, Requisition to Pay (R2P) will set our global vision and strategy for Worley’s end-to-end Requisition to Pay (R2P) Processes, own the process design to drive optimisation, performance and compliance across all geographies, functions, and business units, leveraging the delivery capability in the organisation to enable Worley’s strategic aspirations.
Establish our vision and drive strategic direction, optimize Worley’s end-to-end processes, and create a greater experience for our people. The Director, Global Process Excellence will have significant authority, to fundamentally shift the way processes are owned and managed at Worley. Be a critical enabler in the establishment of a global process framework at Worley.
Focus on end-to-end process design, documentation, and architecture including data, controls, and policies. Monitor process performance and compliance.

Responsibilities will include:
R2P Process Strategy
- Establishing targets and KPIs
- Running Process Boards to agree the process transformation roadmap
- In scope processes include requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoice processing and payment, C-card administration, and AP period-end close.
R2P Process Design
- Benchmark processes and identify gaps
- Define global process taxonomy and design including controls, master data governance standards and end-to-end process
- Continuous improvement in process design
- Documentation of global process blueprints, procedures, local exceptions, and changes
R2P Process Oversight
- Oversee the monitoring and analysis of process compliance and performance
- Establish and maintain process-level master data standards
- Monitor process audit outcomes, and projects across process area to inform and drive improvement initiatives
- Review and approve or reject projects based on strategic relevance and feasibility
- Initiate project launch, case for change, outline project plan, change management and resourcing
- Continuous monitoring of inflight transformation
- Accountable for budget for end-to-end transformation initiatives
About You:
A seasoned professional with significant deep, global, end-to-end Requisition to Pay (R2P) process expertise. A leader who thrives in a global, complex and matrix organisation. A proven track record of managing complex programme portfolios and delivering measurable success. Excellence in process improvement, change management, Agile Methodology, Six Sigma, Lean, Innovation Methodology, and Design Thinking (a certification is desirable).
You must possess end-to-end process ownership, and management methodologies and consistently drive process improvements. Utilise process mapping, analysis, and optimisation techniques to identify and implement improvements, and streamline operations.
You are familiar with ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and data management systems coupled with a strong understanding of IT governance and security principles. Experience in utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to drive process insights. Knowledge of KPIs and metrics used to measure process performance.
As a strategic thinker, you can identify innovative solutions and drive successful outcomes. Experience in aligning process improvements with strategic objectives, familiar with business strategy frameworks and methodologies. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills that enable you to address complex process challenges.
Your communication and work style enable you to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and gain by-in and successful outcomes. A dynamic leadership style who successfully leads cross-functional teams. Sophisticated ability to develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in working with relevant tech platforms to enable process optimisation.
Qualifications - degree or higher-level business qualification/s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant functional area
