Field Application Specialist – Off-shore Platforms, Refinery and Mining environments. – Rio de Janeiro
Requisitos:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Collaborate with sales, analyze customer technical pain points, provide technical solutions for current and new applications that meet customer requirements
• Generate product recommendations, to meet customer requirements in support of closing new business
• Ensure competitive product knowledge within market advantage applications and coordinate with sales in support of in value proposition discussions with the customer.
• Develop knowledge of customers’ application and product
• Travels for a variety of reasons in support of strategic initiatives; symposiums/presentation, review customers operations/facility, perform field test, review customer designs, and review the project in detail with the multidisciplinary design teams.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Background in technology/equipment companies with more than 8 years of progressive experience in technical sales and industrial functions. Must have experience in field piloting and test
- Available for work in industrial facilities in Off-shore Platforms, Refinery and Mining environments.
- Capability to work in different countries and cultures into Latin America Region
- Advanced in English and Spanish.
- Business acumen (Commercial, Marketing and Financial )
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Selling skills, Presentation skills, Negotiating skills
- Experience with O&G business and Refinery market can be a differential)
